A family portrait does not always begin with everyone looking at the camera. Sometimes it appears in the space between photographs — a shared laugh, a hand resting on someone’s shoulder, the way people naturally move when they are together.

This collection was created around those unscripted interactions. The portraits reflect the character of each relationship, from quiet connections between family members to the energy of being surrounded by the people who have shared different chapters of life together.

As a Puerto Vallarta Family Photographer, my approach is centered on observation rather than performance. The goal is to create photographs that feel honest to the experience, allowing personalities, gestures and the environment to work together naturally.

The beaches of Puerto Vallarta provide a distinctive setting where every element adds texture to the frame. The contrast between the Pacific horizon, tropical vegetation, rocky formations and open sand creates a landscape that feels both organic and connected to the destination. The silhouette of Los Arcos Marine Park adds another layer to the scenery, bringing one of the region’s recognizable coastal features into the visual story.
