For this family, the tradition began years ago. What started as vacations gradually turned into something more permanent — the same coastline, familiar evenings near the water, the quiet rhythm waiting for them each time they arrived back in Punta Mita. This year, we met once again at Pacifico Beach Club for their annual family photo session.

The afternoon moved slowly.

Now grown, the children remained just as connected to the tradition. Long conversations drifted between the beach and the pool while the family settled naturally into the evening — the kind of ease that only comes with time. That’s often what makes family photos in Punta Mita feel different.

Over the years, these photographs have quietly become part of the trip itself. Less a formal portrait tradition and more a way of recognizing another season spent together in a place that has watched the family evolve alongside it.
