A Few Hours by the Sea Before the Question.

It started like an ordinary afternoon at The St. Regis Punta Mita.

A walk by the water. A few photographs along the beach. Time together before the day moved on.

The Pacific was calm, the light was soft, and the shoreline gave us plenty of room to let the session happen naturally. Then everything changed.

A Groom stopped, got down on one knee, and asked the question that had brought them here. The answer was yes.

What followed felt completely different. The anticipation was gone, replaced by laughter, embraces, and the kind of excitement that is difficult to stage and even harder to repeat.

We continued along the beach, this time with a newly engaged couple and no reason to rush.

That became the heart of this Punta Mita Engagement Session.

Not just the proposal itself, but everything around it — the walk afterward, the quiet moments between photographs, the ocean behind them, and the feeling of having just started a new chapter.
